Not impressed

To start with, my fridge got delivered in a beat up transport/trailer. The delivery guys expected me to find help for them to carry out the fridge from the trailer into the house. This made me wonder what would have happened if there was no one around to help, would they have returned with my fridge? Also, one of the guys made a snarky comment about leaving my fridge outside the house because he ASSUMED the fridge won't fit through our door. Subpar customer service.
