Non-delivery

I ordered 4 chairs through Mr Price Home. The courier company City Logistics called to confirm delivery would be done on Tuesday 8th September, I called them at 4pm and was assured they were still on their way, but they never arrived. I then waited the entire day on Wednesday, I called them again at 3pm and was told that they don’t know where my order is but will find out, they never arrived. I then had to call again on Thursday and was advised my chairs were lost but they had found more. I was asked to be escalated to a manager at Mr Price but was told that a manager is not available but assured me all was sorted and arranged with City Logistics. City logistics called me to assure me that my order would be delivered on Friday the 11th but still it never arrived. I have now called Mr Price again and been told that the courier would deliver on Tuesday the 15th. I have once again been asked to be escalated to a manager and was holding on the line for 30 minutes before being cut off. I am absolutely at my wits end with Mr Price Home as well as City Logistics. I have done around 8 different online orders over the last 3 weeks and all those companies have delivered exactly when they said they would, I have never dealt with a more *********** delivery team. I have now had absolutely enough, I have made numerous phone calls to Mr Price Home as well as City Logistics and each time am put on hold for extended periods, promises are made and then never done, all these calls were at my own cost. I now would like a refund of the cost of the chairs as well as the delivery fee that I had to pay. But I cannot be put through to a manager. I have tried calling and emailing but am getting no resolution. I am hoping that by posting this, a manager can eventually get back to me with regards to a refund.
