No delivery, no feedback, no reason

My parcel was picked up on 2 April 2024, its been weeks and its still not delivered. Contact with the courier has been "it will be delivered today" so many times, and every day has been the same thing... no delivery! I live in a main area, not remotely, and the delivery should have been made already as its a medium size.
