Malicious Damage to good in transit

<p>I used a big national company City Deliveries T/A City Logistics to transport a R20 000 Alimiunium glass stack door from joburg to durban.I was charged to have door packaged by them in bubble wrap and cardboard . Door arrived with out this packaging and with all panels completely smashed.They admit they did not secure door in truck and allowed it to bounce around in the back , and now admit they do not usually transport glass - if they told me this before then I would of not used them . The directors do not care and show no remorse at all . I have a huge hole in my house now due to lack of the door and property is unsecured . They simply do not take responsibility . It is also not just the glass , but the entire aliminium frame that is broken to . I am so dissapointed that they exploit consumers in this manner and care nothing of it .</p>
