Lies and poor service

City logistics called me at 17:36 today to make arrangements that my bed will be delivered tonight in 2 to 3 hours time. It is now past 21:00 im still waiting and at that time i have removed everything. The lady who called said the guys are 2 and half hours away. Im sooo ****ed. Coz even when i call now to ask, im not getting any help im told to call tomorrow morning and make a follow up. In the meantime where should i sleep?
