Don't make promises you don't keep!

City Logistics delivered my Mr Price order last week. Due to an admin error there was no assembly was booked. After a call to Mr Price I rejected the delivery as I am not able to build furniture myself. After numerous phone calls the manager Kevin said the team would help me out the next day. I'm still waiting. It is shocking that you made an offer to me, only to stop me from rejecting the order, and then you don't follow through. Not impressed.
