Disgusting service

I purchased a couch from Mr Price Home the 19th November 2022. After struggling to get assistance from Mr Price Home the logistics company promised to deliver a week ago. When I call I keep getting put through to a number that never gets answered and emails do not get rep**** to. I have still not received delivery and I must say the service is disgusting.
