Disgusting lack of service from City Logistics a division of Transsa Logistics

The City Logistics I'm referring to is contracted to deliver items purchased from Mr Price Home stores.

City Logistics manner in which they conduct their business is a joke. Mr Price home gave City Logistics go ahead to pick up an item I purchased (a dining room table) and 5 days later, that purchase was not picked up from the Mr Price Home store. The Assistant Manager of Mr Price Home (Gateway branch), was not able to get hold of the contact person from City Logistics.

She was the only point of contact from City Logistics and was not reachable the entire of Friday.

I seriously suggest to Mr Price Home, to find another Delivery company to deliver items. The lack of service from City Logistics will make the Mr Price Home Franchise look bad.

At the very least, please consider enforcing an SLA (Service Level Agreement) with City Logistics. This will help ensure that City Logistics maintains a respectable quality of service and if City Logistics wants to continue working with Mr Price Home, than they must not "drop the ball".

If City Logistics quality of service fails, than Mr Price finds another Delivery company. However, I'm not convinced that City Logistics will take any steps to improve themselves.

I never want to hear from City Logistics ever again.
