Disappointing service

I emailed them querying about my Mr Price parcel that was meant to arrive on Monday, 6th November. I have been blocked from communication just by responding by giving them my order number- meaning that I still do not know the whereabouts of my parcel! I do not know why they are still in business even though they are struggling.
