Deliver order to wrong address and second bed missing

I order from homechoice a bed on the 6th April 2024 On 18 April i received only the free pillows as gift that came with the bed.. No bed!!! After so many phonecall to tell me they will investicate.. Still no bed... 7 May 2024 they tell me that the bed was deliver to the wrong address,they will request a new one.. 9 May 2024 reveived sms that bed will deliver from city logistics. Today 21 May phone again to tell me the second bed is also missing... What is the hell... Now they must request a new bed again... I am not happy how you guys to business.. How long im going to wait again to get a response of my bed....
