Couriers with zero consumer service

The most appalling service ever - I ordered a chair from MRP Home. Delivery was confirmed for Thursday 14th September, it never arrived. I contacted couriers, they rescheduled for Friday, never arrived, then they undertook to deliver on Monday 18th September, chair never arrived. No feedback from Couriers. I contacted them and was told the truck had been hijacked. At no time did they have the courtesy to advise what the situation was. They kept rescheduling and wasting my time. I now have to wait for refund from MRP before I can reorder.
