City Logistics - No customer support

One of the worst courier companies ever!! Mr. Price home use City Logistics as their courier company for their online shopping. It normally takes 1 week to be exact to receive parcels from them. I have ordered Christmas gifts a week later and already received that.

I have been waiting for 2 weeks now for a delivery. Mr. Price already dispatch the parcel to them on the 28th of November. Nobody answers their phones at City Logistics. Mr. Price already logged a query with them without any luck. Is there somebody that maybe can assist with a phone number or somebody working there that can help trace my parcel. Thank you
