City Logistics Couriers

City Logistics - These are an arrogant bunch. They know they have you by the short-and-curly's. After paying R450 for an online order delivery of R2500 (from Mr. Price Home), I was told that 1hr30min drive to my location was not viable unless they had more stock to deliver. They are impossible to contact. I was lucky that on a previous unscheduled delivery, the driver had contacted me and I was able to obtain some contact, including his manager. But that was brief, since now messages are ignored and calls are unanswered. (It's been weeks and my delivery is still in the air). Your provider will not always disclose which courier service they will be using, but if by chance you do see City Logistics mentioned - Brace yourself!!
