Bad service

I am so disappointed with the service from this company, I was supposed to receive my order on the 13th of December when I made an enquiry with Mrs Price as this was an online order from them they said it was taken back to the warehouse (city logistics) but should receive my order in the following week, I then waited and kept on checking, yesterday I received an email stating that it was delivered! It was delivered at the wrong address, now I can't get hold of them as they do not deliver on weekends only on weekdays!!! This company must just close, I've spent so much money on the items and for them to deliver at a wrong location is absurd!!! They are ***********
