Bad service

One of the worst courier companies ever!! Home Choice use City Logistics as their courier company for their online shopping. It normally takes 1 week to be exact to receive parcels from them. I have ordered Christmas gifts a week later and already received that.

I have been waiting for a delivery. Home Choice already dispatch the parcel to them last week. Nobody answers their phones at City Logistics. Is there somebody that maybe can assist with a phone number or somebody working there that can help trace my parcel. Thank you
