Absolutely Abysmal Service

I have been waiting for a delivery from City Logistics since 11 Dec. I have received 7 messages from them on WhatsApp asking if a delivery after 12pm is suitable, I have confirmed 7 times AND STILL I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER. I phoned on 20 December and spoke to Mohammed who promised to make it an urgent delivery on 23 Dec and I am still waiting. What the actual ****? Awful, abysmal service.
