1 bright star in a disappointing road to tracking a parcel

Sharm was on the other end of my very disappointing service from Mr Price Home. An order placed on the 26 September ..... was always "in transit' , or out on delivery . She was able to track it .. and called me back 5 times to keep me informed . Phone to say it was delivered and gave me the name of the person who signed for it . THANK YOU SHARM !!!!!!!!!!
