horrible service =no bday gift for daughter

Myself & husband wanted to buy a bicycle for my daughter as that was her bday wish. The bicycle we liked & which suited our budget had pedals that were too stiff,we asked that to be sorted out which they did but it was still stiff and when we told the salesman he said \thats what you get for a R350 bike". We left without the bike. The next day i called manager and said he will sort it and will phone me back. I never went looking for another bike as I believed the manager(Raymond) will call me back. That evening I phoned him and it sounded like he was asleep and I askes him whats the update and why he did not call me back he said \""your bike is ready for collection\"" and when I asked him again ehy he did not call me he said \""i did apoligise and said your bike is ready"
