Supplier a no show

Initially very helpfull. Gave us a quote on kitchen cupboards. Gave a delivery date, no show ,after contacting again the person responsible for assembling was sick. Gave it another couple of days. No communication from their side, can't get through by phone. Very bad service. No have start the process all over again with another supplier
