Worst courier service available

Worse customer service, empty promises. They contacted me last Tuesday to say delivery will take place next day. Nothing arrived. After i phoned they said Thursday definitely. Again nothing. Friday U phone again to tell them I’m going aboad and will not be available to call incase they decide to deliver and leave an alternative contact no. Sat afternoon they call me. This after I said please do not contact my no as I am out of country. Today Monday they phone me again after I clearly asked they use the alternative no. Never been so frustrated dealing with a company so completely ***********.
