Poor Service Delivery

City Couriers is used by Mr Price Home to deliver their furniture. They were supposed to deliver my couch on a Monday, and I received an sms explaining that they would be there between 14:00 and 18:00. I was also told I would get a call 1 hour prior to delivery so that I could ensure I was home.<br> <br> At 17:15 I had still not received a call, so I phoned their call centre. I was told I would be transferred to the driver of the delivery vehicle, and I could ask him about the status of my delivery myself.<br> I was put through to the incorrect driver twice before I was eventually connected to the correct driver - both incorrect times required me to phone to call centre back, and try again.<br> When I was eventually connected to the correct driver, he was less than impressed that I wanted to know the status of the delivery, and told me he was in Germiston (now 17:35) and that he wasn't going to deliver.<br> I was then told by the call centre that they would deliver the couch, even if it was late, and that I should wait.<br> They never delivered.<br> The day after they made a follow up call - didn't even realise the couch had not been delivered. All in all terrible service delivery, and poor customer service.
