Bad and unreliable service

<p>As of early December I received a call from the above company, who said they have a parcel for me! I gave them all my info and i was promised it would be delivered to my work address! To date I have not recieved my parcel! I have tried contacting them in numerous occasions but they just hang up! The number is ********** 300 and i spoke to vidi, she advised I will recieve my parcel but still nothing! I have been trying to make contact with other agents, they all hang up on me! Then I spoke to a guy who said that my parcel is delivered and asked him to scan and send delivery note but nothing has been recieved! im so sick and tired of been pushed around and i want everyone to know what they would have to deal with when they use city to city couriers! All I want is my parcel!</p>
