Avoid this dealership

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this dealership, and I would not recommend them to anyone. From the beginning, there were multiple issues. I had to visit the dealership several times just to test drive the vehicle, and each time, there was some kind of problem. Even getting an invoice took three days, which was completely unnecessary.

After purchasing the vehicle, I discovered a serious issue just two weeks later. I noticed moisture in one of the lights and took it to a VW dealership for repairs, as the car was under a maintenance plan. To my shock, VW informed me that they could not fix it because the car had previous accident damage—something the dealership had assured me was not the case.

When I confronted the dealership, they quickly agreed to refund me without even verifying my claims, which made it clear that they likely knew about the accident damage all along and just hoped I wouldn't find out. They then arranged to pick up the vehicle and process my refund, but everything was done on their terms. I was not given the opportunity to coordinate a pickup date that worked for me, even though I had informed them that I was in the process of purchasing another vehicle. As a result, I was left without a car, causing significant inconvenience.

To make matters worse, I noticed that just a week after collecting the car from me, they had put the same vehicle back up for sale—knowing full well that it had accident damage. This shows a complete disregard for transparency and customer trust.

This dealership has demonstrated dishonesty, poor customer service, and a complete lack of accountability. If you're considering purchasing a vehicle from them, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere.
