car hire company *****s from my account no help from banks

<p>City car hire in Umhlanga stole R6500 out of my account for a car I did not rent. when confronted they admit there "mistake" and refund me from there card machine and not cash as I asked for. The refund was done on a Saterday morning. It is now Thursday and the money is still not reflecting in my account. Nedbank and FNB the two banks in the transaction could not give a damn and offer absolutly no help.</p> <p>I do not know why FNB has private clients because they do not help in the least. I have now been holding on for 26 minutes to try get my own money that was ****** released</p>
