DONT USE CITYBUG!

I booked a ticket for my brother to Pretoria. He is in a very bad space at the moment so instead of using Greyhound or others which are HALF the cost we opted to club together and put him on a smaller shuttle. He fell very ill during the night so I called first thing to ask them to please move his ticket to the next available bus. The answer: NO.<br> <br> What? Why ?: response - you need to advice within 4 hours<br> um ok, its 3:30min till the bus ride: response - no too late<br> but it costs R440 and he can physically not get on the bus? its a lot of money please help. - THE RESPONSE: SEND US A COPY OF THE SICK NOTE PROVIDED BY A DR AND WE WILL CONSIDER IT!!!!! And this is from the Manager.<br> <br> I am disgusted and will never ever use them again. I will spread the word to all I know that regularly use them. <br> As a family we couldn't take this knock - absolutely disgusting.
