Poor service

Poor service and they do not want to pay back the deposit money. I moved out on the 30 Jan 2018, They do not answer my emails.

Please advise on this on moving into your apartment, none of your staff of management came to do the inspection and I was tossed from 7th floor to 4th in false pretence that they are fixing the apartment. Years ended being stuck on the 4th floor and never painted my house.

On my moving you confidentiality telling me this place needs painting. Did you a record of painting my apartment? You know your apartment is a cardboard and the painting is not oil. It needs to be refreshed every year. You never bothered to take care of us. You don't communicate with me now about my deposit .
