PATHETIC SERVICE

I am so disgusted with this company , i was one of their tenants for the past 12 months , firstly when we signed the lease we were told that the rent was 3185 , but every month we will end up paying about R4200 and we were told that it is not their fault it the City of Joburg which is adding these cost *very shady* so we decided not to renew our lease after moving out we were told that our deposit was going to be paid back after 7-14 days from the 1st of October which was initially R3400 up till today we have not received our money and i have been calling them everyday n guess what the response MONEY HAS BEEN DEPOSITED TO YOUR ACCOUNT :) i wonder which account and to make matters worse i am getting R2085 from my deposit yet nothing was broken so they are taking 1315 for i don't know what ...it so sad that they are ripping us off and DIGUSTED AND WILL SURELY WARN MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY ABOUT THESE CROOCKS
