Debit Order errors and Bad security service

The colosseum building by 41 Kruis Street the services are disappointing at it's at most levels. The securities and very rude and close to not being helpful at all. It also seem like they have personal agendas to as why they will not help you. Secondly the debit orders. The debit order will go through and still require money for the monthly rent. The head offices seem to be disorganized but when coming to their money they are the first to jump. The only person I give credit to the the staff of Colosseum Building is Zipho Mkhize. He's been the only decent helper I've encountered with since I moved here. Overall I'm not happy with the service
