Worst customer service

<p>I have been a tenant with them for a year, I was told that the rent was R3750 but every month I paid something close to R5000, due to this I did not renew my lease. when I moved in I found the unit very dirty and it was not painted. I complained to Marikie many times about this but she never cared about anyone's complaint. Before moving out I was told I must pay R800 for electricity and rates for the last month which was not problem. I then paid that amount and I moved out, left the flat spotless but when the deposit refund slip came I was charged R600 for cleaning cost and R150 for outgoing inspection....WOW!!!! I was then further charged R600 for painting a unit that I found dirty and another 800 for electricity because they say electricity is in arrears which is strange because I did pay rates and electricity first month. When I complained to Marikie she said she will sort it out and I waited for almost a month and she never called me, when I called her she was super rude, either she is in a meeting or she is busy she cannot speak. Please do not go rent with these people they are ******</p>
