Refund urgently needed

I paid an advanced deposit of R3500 to this company assisted by a lady called Marikie Cele. Few days down the line, I changed my mind about moving in and requested a refund on the 24th of August 2021 and I was advised to send an email and state my situation, I did exactly that. After a long wait without any feedback from these guys , Marikie gave me a number and email address for the Managing Director by the name of Stuart G Entwistle who was very rude and hanged the phone on my ears
