I rented a flat at 41 Kruis Street, Colessium JOHANNESBURG.I moved in a complete trashy flat everything was damaged (badly damaged floor, the oven was not working and falling apart, all door handles were missing including showers head and doors) and they all promised to fix before I moved in. To my surprise when I move in everything was still not fixed, and promised to fix within a week, which they didn't. I send several email enquiries regarding the matter with no response until I move out. I couldn't wait for my contract to end, which did finally. To my surprise they still debit my account after my contract expires. I enquired and told to sign another 1 month contract to settle what they owe. I did, and still pleaded that they remove the scheduled debit order on my account, but they didn't. I moved out debited R1060 for utilities which I didn't use. I enquired and still waiting for the answers. Today (a month after I moved out) they debited another R1060 for what?? I dont know. I called and asked the administrator Marikie, she didn't have clear answers. It's been a month since I moved out yet I'm still waiting for my deposit to be paid back and the contract stipulates that deposit will be paid back within 7 day. If you looking to rent a Flat don't trust them at all rather rent from privately own Flat on them.
