City Bridge Developments' Horrible Treatment Towards Rent-Paying Tenants :-(

Two months in a row I have had 2 erroneous rent debit orders deducted from my account leaving me in the lurch and having to put out fires for indiscretions not caused by me. Upon contacting the company to lodge a complaint I am told that there is no-one 'higher' than the person who caused the chaos. Elvnia's complacency is a thing to marvel at.... City Bridge Developments really does not give a hoot about it's tenants... The worst :-(
