Unprofessional service wrong price and then IGNORED!!!

<p>I phoned on the 19 October 2016 at 9:45am ank spoke to a Donnie employee working at City Boards montague gardens I specifically asked if they had White Superwood double sided White. He said Yes they do have. I then askd what size they come in a sheet? He rep**** and said 2.7mx1.8m.</p> <p> </p> <p>Were upon What is the cost of a sheet gloss double sided white superwood per sheet. He rep**** and said R755. I also then asked if I want it to be cut to specific sizes how much it would be extra. He said it will be only R40 extra.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then again asked do you have stock and can i come anytime today to come buy from you. He said yes they do have stock and i can come anytime.</p> <p> </p> <p>So I drove there just to get there to here that they do not have stock and that they will have to orer in and that the price is not correct it was the price of the single sided white superwood the guy gave me. I spoke to the Donnie while i were there. </p> <p> </p> <p>As the problem is I already quoted my client what he said the price is and now the client already paid me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then said well i am not happy this is not the way to deal with customers and that I would like to speak to the manager. Another guy gave me the Managers cellphone number and i phoned him explaining agian the whole story. He promised to phone me back within a hour . He never phoned me back again I should phone as if it isn't enough that i already waisted my transport cost and a phone call I had to phone again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Were upon he said no i did not ask for gloss white double sided superwood and that he can not do anything about it. I am very dissapointed in this company I will never as off never ever use this company again and I will make sure none of my clients make use of them.</p> <p> </p> <p>They are unprofessional unfriendly give wrong information and the Manager tells his customers that they are lying because he is believing his employee over a customer which had a witness with her when she phoned for the product.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very furious...</p> <p>ClaudetteMarx</p>
