Shocking service and delivery of faulty products

We recently purchased timber to redo our kitchen through Cityboards Montague Gardens.

Upon delivery, we noticed the counterstops were scratched.

After the carcasses for the cupboards were assembled, we noticed that all the cupboard doors were chipped around the edging.

We had to wait for 4 days for the delivery. Upon delivery, we didn't even receive everything we paid for. We did however receive so much extra timber for cupboards we never even quoted on.

I contacted the manager who assured me that he would come out to inspect what was going on.

Needless to say, the manager never came through. We were then assured that we would receive new countertops because they could not buff out the scratches.

Two weeks later, we are told that they will not be replacing the countertops.

I have sent numerous emails, left messages, tried to get into contact with the owner, but no one gets back to us.

This is absolutely shocking service received by a company who clearly has no regard for the quality delivered to their clients.
