Refusal of Tefund on item delivered with defects

I ordered and paid material (melamine ).which was delivered on a Saturday with defects . I raised the matter on the same day and asked for it to was collected. From thennI wasntjrown for pillar to post regarding my refund. It gor to anpoknt wherenI asked jy son to follow up. We would be told that tje Manager was in Atalantis and was not able to come to the phone. I am a pensioner and I have never received my refund of R4000+ from that. Company .
