*********** and No Service Delivery

I actually would not like to give them ANY star rating at all. They are useless. For two weeks in a row their delivery of my kitchen timber and hardware has been incomplete. So another week of waiting and maybe, just maybe by next Saturday they will get it right. That means 3 weeks waiting for the correct and complete delivery. But one is expected to pay on the spot, which I did on the 29th December. My carpenter has arrived thinking that he can install my kitchen, but has been left with half the timber being delivered. I do not recommend Citi Board/s AT ALL... spend your hard earned money elsewhere people ! !!!
