Bad Service & Bad Attitude

I placed an order for kitchen cupboards went to pay the order last week saterday. At that moment the salesman Darlington wanted to know if the edging was inclusive of the measurements i said i would find out. On monday he called me i was unable to get the details.Only got hold of my carpenter on thursday i then sent an email to the salesman which then told me that the cupboards are being delivered on Friday which means he did the edging without knowing exactly what to do.When i told him not to edge cause i wasnt sure he told me its done. I then called him & said if the cupboards is wrong i want it redone cause it not my fault he cant just go ahead & do his own thing.Told me he was waiting so he just did it.When i asked to speak to the manager he said there is no one around.Bad attitude shouting on the phone & telling me he doesnt care.
