No delivery bad service

City boards Mitchell's plain; I bought materials on the 9th Dec 2017.sales person Russell.

I was told it will take 5 working days to get delivery according to my calculation is 15 December.

I kept calling the dispatch department following up on my order . They kept saying they will call me back I must provide my number. I spoke with 2 dispatch supervisors lindile and I forgot the name of the other one.

To my suprise lindileconfirmed delivery date for after Christmas. He can't give me the exact date because he doesn't know.

It was my first time buying from city boards never again. Their service is ****. I was hoping by Christmas I will have a brand new kitchen.
