Letter of complaint

I would like to express my disappointment from your unsatisfactory level of service. I have expected much more from a prestigious and reputed company of your standard. Unfortunately, I can’t help but submit this letter of complaint hoping for a fast and adequate resolution.

For as long as im in the cabinet building business I'd never came across so a poor quality product which made me feel disgusted... to think i must install something like that in someone's house.

First of all... the order took more than 8 working days for delivery, certain materials/hardware which you allready paid for, was not included with the delivery because of no availability of stock, the 1000 board pieces i received came with no sizes, i fiscally had to measure each and every piece, wood fillar is used on some pieces to cover the chip marks which are created from a dull table saw blade...never seen that one coming...

I hope you agree with me that this is not acceptable under any circumstances. I trust that you will deal with this issue in a top urgent fashion. I also trust that you will take the necessary precautions to prevent such incidents in the future
