City Boards-Mitchells Plain employ clowns

Last week I bought 1Melamine sheet, 1backing board, as well as consumables, and after an in store debate via the lady helping me(African lady), the delivery guy(Ebrahim) and other staff, delivery to Strandfontein was settled at R200, and I received my goods the following day, however today when I wanted to buy 2backing boards and delivery to strandfontein, a debate between the same lady that helped me last week and a delivery guy, delivery was to be R250 because he claimed that strandfontein was way outside mitchells plain's boundaries, really pal. I reluctantly told them to keep the boards and walked out of the shop. We suppose to support local business like this, however how does one if it seems as though they not even professional enough to be called a business. I still have many outstanding wood work to be done at home, but I will rather go to businesses in ottery or Lansdowne as their delivery guy said, strandfontein is far...far from their store in M/Plain
