*********** tenants Ekurhuleni estates aka city and suburbs realty

I have been renting out a flat with Ekurhuleni estates also known as city and suburbs realty for 7 months .no1 they charged exorbitant fees for admin and keys .2 they don't respond to tenants queries.3 they don't look after the property ( Norehrt court) Alberton . When I moved in the flat was so dirty not cleaned .there was oil on the kitchen tiles and toilet(walls and floors) I cleaned it myself. The walls were not clean nor painted .I stayed for 7 months took care of the property. When I moved out I am toldI can't get full deposit because the place must be deep cleansed ,doors are damaged I found them like that damaged. I am told of whole lot of things that need to be fixed using my deposit. Those are things that I found damaged when I moved in. I am not happy with this ,these people are *********** tenants .
