Love the fact that the M.D of the company sends you his details personally should you not be happy with the service before even starting the buying process. You very seldom find that these days. I also think the fact that it is a family run business and has been for years and the way they treat you is testament to that. You do not feel like a number but that they genuinely care about making customers feel welcome and want to make an effort to keep them happy. I waa struggling to decide between 2 cars as I am quite pedantic and it was back and forth which became frustrating to a degree for me but the salesperson Arnold was very patient and the M.D Albie often got invloved to assist where needed which I honestly appreciated. Very proffessional and customer centric. Well done Citton Cars!
