Never experienced such a lack of enthusiasm to render a service. Poor communication. Refusal to take responsibility for their mistakes. All attempts to reach management for assistance are blocked at reception. I will never recommend them. I fear owning this vehicle! Something that was supposed to have given me joy was turned into a nightmare by Citton cars. They stand together against their clients. You have no chance of getting any support from them.
