The worst service I've ever recieved

The worst service I've ever recieved. From both the salesman and the management. Its been a month since I took delivery of the car but still no trace of the service book and no one wants to take responsibility in resolving that. The parts inside are broken and they had promised to fix them but now its a different story. They claimed they checked the quality of the car but the suspension doesn't feel right and no one wants to take responsibility now.
