Terrible Service

I was in the market for 2x new cars about a week back, one of the dealerships I went to was Citton Cars, upon arrival I was completely ignored by all sales people there as they were busy assisting other customers. There was one car in patricular I was really interested in, so I returned the next day, hopeful to get service, once again I was totally ignored by all 6 sales people on the floor. So I stood there on the floor and phoned them to see if I could get a manager, a lady picked up and said she will have to go look if he was there and then the phone died. I approached the sales people one by one and asked them for help, they all ignored me. I left there, went to Golden Era Motors and I cannot tell you what excellent service I got there. Citton, your terrible customer service cost you a sale!!!
