Sold a damaged used car while highly pregnant.

I bought a uses BMW 320i in March this year when I was highly pregnant with my daughter. I had an issue with the headlights by end of April and the car was shaking when I exceeded a 120km/h speed. I then took the car back to the dealership to check for me and I requested that I be given a rental car to use while my car was in for repairs. The dealership told me that they'd let me know to bring the car in when they had rental cars available and I eventually got a call after two weeks. I then took my car to the dealership and the rental car that I got was in very bad condition and I had to pour my own petrol in the car. I decided to not complain about the bad condition of the rental car because I just wanted my car to be repaired and my daughter was very young at the time so I needed the car. I got my own car back after a few days and everything seemed to be working.

In the beginning of July I started getting the same headlight error again and around last week Wednesday (20 July) my left rear tyre started giving me a pressure error and even after I had taken the car to the filling station to get the tyres pumped, I still got the pressure error. I took the car to get checked and it was found that the tyre is very old and had been patched in multiple areas. Now I have to go back again to the dealership because it seems like they sold me a car that wasn't properly repaired and they took advantage of my highly pregnant condition as well as the fact that I was a woman shopping for a car alone.

I wrote a good review the day I fetched the car, but now I regret because there are so many issues with the car and it's very stressful.
