Lukas, the fact that you have gone the extra mile to take a video in order to illustrate what was wrong and what caused it to align with the invoice, just confirmed the worldclass level of customer service you adhere to. The token of respect to not under estimate the importance of transferring that knowledge to me as a woman customer, which is so often overlooked due to assumption.
