Quick Response and Clarity

<p>Raised a query concerning a car a friend of mine had bought from Citton. Citton representative quickly attended to the matter and we were assured that Citton prides itself in providing great service to all customers and there was no malicious intent on their side. Perhaps i used a blanket approach because of just one unfortunate incident. Citton as a whole provided us a great service with just one or two minor issues that need to be improved on.
