Over promise, under deliver
Initially after purchasing a car from Citton, I was a happy customer. I even wrote a positive review on hellopeter.com as I was asked to by Martin.<br> <br> Its now a month later and I have been notified by Vanessa that the licensing that they agreed to complete on my behalf and for which I had paid for was no longer going to be done by them.<br> <br> What upsets me most, is that before and during a sale, they will say or do anything for you to buy, but once it's done, they have the cheek to go back on their word.
