No response from Sales Executive

I find it amazing that this dealership has such positive reviews on good service when I submitted a query 48 hours ago and the sales executive assigned to me via an automated whatsapp has not contacted me even though I responded to the message and informed the customer service center that I had been contacted yet and even worse, ignored. I find it amazing in a time where the Chinese vehicle market is taking SA by storm, that German vehicle dealerships would make an effort to make every sale possible by delivering good service and contacting a client who was so interested in the vehicle.
